First off if your suicidal im glad your reading this cause it means you are looking for help. I am the president and foudner of Running Home 4 Teens, a non profit to help depressed and suicidal teens. However when I go across the country, I am only trained to give talks to colleges and high schools basicaly a pre set speech. I am not a professional and cant help you, not because I dont want to but because there are people out there who supply help for a living and cna do a lot better then myself.
All I can say is dont ever give up on yourself. We have all had bad times in life, myself included where we dont think it will ever get better but you got to realise it can and more importantly it WILL.
Right now theres ways you can reach this point faster,
IF YOU ARE SUICIDAL GO RIGHT NOW AND CALL 1800 SUICIDE, its confidential and you will be amazed and how helpful they all are,
If you are depressed go seek a friend or counsler to talk to, sounds very simple because it is. These people are amazing and will help you more then you could have ever imagined,

Falling down is never fun, but getting back up is the best feeling in the world.
